The planning
One line per room, one bar per stay, one colour per way of booking. Direct, Booking or phone. A stay opens up: who, how many nights, breakfast, the deposit and the balance, the tourist tax, the police registration form. The tool refuses to sell a room twice for the same nights.
It sits next to your booking software, without replacing it.
Group requests
A company writes however it likes. The dates, the number of people, breakfast, a room, the invoice. The AI reads the email and fills in the form. The quote comes from your price grid and the rooms that are really free, never from the AI. You read it, edit it and send it.
Without AI, the form is filled in by hand. Nothing goes out without you.
Today
The departures with the tax to collect, the rooms to redo before the next arrival, the arrivals with their time, tomorrow's breakfasts for those who took it. For a foreign guest, the police registration form. He fills it in on his phone before coming, and you sign it at the front desk.

The tourist tax
The tool adds up the tax collected since the last payment, at your town's rate and your star rating, and reminds you of the deadline. It calculates, you file the declaration.

Messages
A guest writes on WhatsApp or by email, in French, English or Dutch. The assistant answers in his language with your rooms that are really free and their price, answers about access, parking and breakfast, and books direct. The stay lands in the planning, with the deposit link. It goes quiet as soon as you write.

Direct booking
The guest picks his dates, sees the free rooms with their price, adds breakfast if he wants it and pays a deposit. He gets the page for his stay, with the access and the door code for a late arrival.
The guest pays by card, the money goes to your account.
What your year says
The tool reads your year and tells you plainly. What Booking kept in commissions, reservations cancelled the day before, who takes breakfast depending on how they booked, the least rented room, past guests who came direct. With the message ready to send.

Who to bring in
For each quiet spell, the tool suggests a type of guest, why now, the note to send and the ad to post. A conference at the convention centre, the technicians of a port, patients' relatives through the hospital social services, cyclists, school trips. You write to the department concerned, never to individuals. The places and events are examples.
You read, you edit, you send. Nothing goes out without you, and the tool promises no result.
The assistant
Between two guests, you ask who arrives tonight, how many breakfasts tomorrow or how many rooms are free on Saturday. It answers with your data. It books and cancels nothing for you.
